Work with Belinda...
I am an author, Catholic coach, speaker, and teacher who seeks to serve you with my God given talents and gifts to achieve the dreams and goals God has for you, helping you to become who God created you to be and make your life full. From the first Inquiry Call to see if we can work together to our last session, I am here to help and will work hard for you.
Coaching
What I will contribute to your life as your coach:
- First and foremost, I will pray for you and for all the good things God has for you and for myself to be as efficient as possible in helping you. Upon your request, I will accompany you to explore and discover your God-given purpose in life.
- I will pray for you now and forever whether you’ve made an inquiry call or been coaching with me for years.
- I will listen deeply and use powerful questions to help us uncover and articulate your hopes and dreams.
- I will assist you in writing a mission statement, clarify values and write out specific goals.
- I will assist you in developing a Rule of Life and a comprehensive plan of TLCs. I’m particularly good at this having helped hundreds of students now!
- I will help you learn how to calm your mind and quiet your heart.
- I will help you see where your thinking and mindset are not helpful and then help you change that. I’m particularly good at this as well.
- I will help you set up a prayer schedule and stick to it.
- I will use my gifts of empathy and experience to the fullest extent. (Note: I have had a husband with severe bipolar disorder and addictions who was abusive and suicidal, had 3 neurodiverse children (out of 7), had an emergency caesarian, miscarried 2 babies, had a missing child, estranged family members and experienced trauma and grief so I understand so much).
- I will help you build a firm foundation on God and a support system/team around you.
- I will help you discover new ways of organizing and managing time to achieve your goals and build relationships.
- I will refer you to counseling, spiritual direction, and other resources as I believe will benefit you. As a licensed clinician and teacher of counselors, I want you to get any and all help you may need. If you are better served in therapy, you can count on me to tell you that and refer you!
- In future courses I’m developing, I hope to have more assistance and resources for you.

What Belinda's coaching clients are saying...
Belinda is such a gift. Even on days when I didn’t feel like getting coached, she was so great about helping me to get out of my own head to create structured action steps to move forward. She is a coach who is going to do the little extras that help keep you on-track to fulfill your God-given mission. In addition, she is a coach you know is always praying for you. You can be sure that God is going to show up in your session, and that is a win in my book.

~M.S.,
IT professional woman working from home
Working with Belinda as a coach is an answered prayer! As a young, new homeschooling mom, I have been looking for direction in how to get started and how to properly educate my children. She has taken me under her wing of nearly 30 years of experience in homeschooling, and has enriched me with knowledge on how to not only get started, but how to be successful in the years to come. She is helping me to clearly state my hopes and dreams for my children and how I homeschool and also facing my fears and keeping a positive mindset.
~Jenna Verrett, Catholic homeschooling mom
My experience receiving coaching from Belinda was phenomenal. Belinda is a thoughtful and intentional listener, able to tailor the conversation to answer every question and concern in a natural way–to the point where it feels like a conversation with an old friend, but one that is productive and introspective. I will always be grateful for her in my and my family’s life.
~Cinthya Yabar Lowder, homeschooling mom
Belinda knew how to ask just the right questions to help me see some difficult situations from a new perspective. I left our latest coaching session feeling empowered to take the steps necessary to drastically improve our family’s homeschool life and cultivate greater peace within our home. Belinda also has such a warm personality and is a very prayerful and loving person, which enriches her coaching and makes one feel very supported and cared for during their time with her. It has been a real blessing to know Belinda and experience working with her as my homeschooling coach!
~Amanda, homeschooling mom
Since I’ve had Belinda’s coaching for my writing, I feel as if I have written in three weeks what has taken me two years to write. She can help you focus on the essentials and introduce you to the secrets of professional writing.
Sister Mary Catherine Blanding, Author
In just one coaching session, Belinda helped me unblock mindset obstacles which cleared the way for a more positive and productive thought process! I’m looking forward to the next session.
Wendy Davies, Author
Belinda wants to build relationships to get to know the person she’s conversing with on a deeper level. She is also a very caring person that wants to help others in the journey through life so they can thrive.
~Augustine Payne,
TLI Leadership program friend
Her experience and knowledge base has inspired me. She has been able to help me to set goals and guide me to sources that can assist me with my goals that I have set. I encourage those who seek coaching to consider Belinda for their voyage, as coaching is truly a growth process and must be received properly and professionally to get the most out of sessions.

Speaking
I have spoken in formal and informal settings to small and large crowds. I have been doing public speaking since I was 12 years old in 4-H. I was speaking at state, regional and national events in my professional life in 1987 and beyond. The 2000’s to present saw me speaking at state, regional and national homeschool conferences. I’d love to offer my experience and encouragement to your conference, event, Day of Reflection, and retreat participants.

- I will be flexible on arrangements. One of my dear friends now, Lydia, who was speaker coordinator, put me up in her home so the SCHEC could save a hotel bill.
- I will use my Clifton Strengths of communication, connectedness, developer, woo, and belief to assist participants to understand and implement what they learn.
- I will use humor and practical suggestions and analogies throughout the presentation/retreat.
- I will model what I am speaking about and be accessible to participants throughout.
