Belinda Terro Mooney
Catholic Christian & Secular Carmelite
OCDS, LMSW, LCDC, PCCI trained
I am an author, speaker, instructor, life coach for Catholic moms, coaches, therapists, and book coach for Catholic authors. I seek to serve you with my God-given talents and gifts to achieve the dreams and goals God has for you. I want to help you be all God created you to be and make your life better.
In my heart, you are always welcome. I’m here for you. It is a privilege to walk with you on this stage of your journey as your author, coach, speaker, and instructor. I believe that the more of the past we heal from and put behind us, the more energy we have for the work we are called to do now and in the future. The more we live our hopes and dreams in the present, the happier we will be into the future.
Vision Statement
I am at my best when I am who God created me to be, His beloved daughter and strong warrior, a spiritual and physical mother, and intercessory prayer warrior who offers all in reparation.
Mission Statement
To do this mothering and intercession, I live a deep prayer life with God and from that deep intimacy, I pray for, nurture, write, coach, teach, and speak to help my spiritual and physical children.
Values Statement
As an author, coach, teacher, and speaker, I am naturally talented in communication through writing and speaking, always striving to choose the best words to help others. I am at ease with others as I love to be open and transparent. I thrive on being connected, listening deeply, and sharing things that help others. I am committed to listening to and assisting people with empathy while they explore their talents, goals, and needs. With a strong sense of responsibility and belief, I commit to helping others to become the best person they can be, and all that God has created them to be. It is a privilege to use my developer talent to help others reach their full potential.
As a coach, I work with people who want develop to their fullest potential, pushing past limiting beliefs, & focusing on their mission & goals.
I love to write, coach, speak, and teach others with maximum learning. I have written “My Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes Workbook: Creating a Comprehensive Plan for a Calm, Ordered Life” to help you implement the TLCs into your life to obtain the balance you crave and prevent burnout.
I love people. I love to listen deeply to others and help them discover and develop their God given gifts. I am goal-oriented and love helping others learn to discover their vision and mission, and set and achieve their goals. I’d love to help you develop a Rule of Life. I’ve even written “My Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes Workbook” to do these things!
I am a mother of 7 grown children, all of whom I home educated. I am a spiritual mother to many whom I pray for, including you now!
I love coaching people to begin and continue their writing, homeschool, or mission-oriented journey. I began using a coach myself towards the end of the Tepeyac Leadership program and it has helped me publish 4 books and get past so many limiting beliefs that would stop me from coaching others.
I am originally from southwest Louisiana, better known as Cajun country, and I am proud of my culture and heritage of warmth, hospitality, and great food! I’m so happy you found me here and hope that we can connect for mutual benefit. I love meeting new people and making new friends.
A decades long friend, Belinda Terro Mooney is a trusted and conscientious person whom I have watched pay close and dedicated attention to the projects and people with whom she is involved. Her preparation for the work at hand, be it books, coaching or courses, is unparalleled and impressive. She is a capable and caring friend and professional.

Fun Facts
My top 5 Clifton Strengths are: Communication, Connectedness, Developer, Woo, and Belief.
Currently, I am writing many books, getting an additional certification for Catholic Coaching, and continuing to teach about listening skills, wellness using therapeutic lifestyle changes, and addictions.
Some interesting facts about me include:
- I was a high achiever in high school and Valedictorian of my class. I won many academic awards and placed in academic contests. I belonged to many organizations in leadership positions.
- I lettered in basketball and track. Sports helped me to gain confidence and to view my body as strong. I was All-District in basketball my Junior year. I could play two games back to back as starting 5, I was in such good shape! My highest scoring game was 33 points and I would’ve scored more had the coach not taken me out many minutes before the end. I was absolutely on fire that night.
- I have traveled to many places in the U.S., Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East. I lived in the UAE many years ago. I am glad to be settled now although I still like to travel.
- I was able to reach into the car and hold Mother (Saint) Teresa’s hands as I asked her to pray for my family right before she left the dedication event for a pregnancy home I was attending.
I love, love, love:
- God, Prayer, Mass, Adoration, and Carmelite spirituality.
- People, especially being with people–family, friends, clients, students, and making new friends.
- Swimming, walking, jogging, dancing, basketball (playing and watching), watching ice skating.
- Music (especially live concerts, symphonies, and ballets), classical (especially Bach, Pachelbel, Mozart, and Haydn), 50’s, modern composers Eric Genuis, Hans Zimmer, and the Gregson- brothers, Christian music on the radio, Catholic Music from Saint Thomas Aquinas (especially Te Adore).
- Writing everything!
- Speaking about things that can help people.
- Coaching to help others reach their dreams.
- Helping people anytime, anywhere.
